Arrival Time — Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to settle in and enjoy a moment of calm. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Quiet Environment — To maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you switch your mobile devices to silent upon entering the studio.
Guest Policy — Our studio is a private space designed for one-on-one relaxation. We respectfully ask that you do not bring children or guests to your appointment.
Professional Conduct — We strive to provide a safe and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service.
Health & Safety — Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment begins so we can tailor the experience safely for you.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period
- As a courtesy to Gin and other waiting clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Booking Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment time in the studio.
- This deposit will be credited towards your service total on the day of your treatment.
